We should be in ketosis sometimes, but NOT all the time



Most of us grow up never fasting or forcing our bodies to be in a fat-adapted state.

When we teach our bodies to become fat-adapted, we become metabolically flexible which allows us to become free from glucose-dependancy.

However, we should not aim to be in a state of ketosis forever. Our ancestors probably didn’t worry about knocking themselves out of ketosis when they came across a carbohydrate source like fruit and honey.
