In this snippet from my podcast on Coronavirus (Fundamental Health, available on iTunes, YouTube and everywhere) earlier this week I review a bit about what we know regarding nutrient needs and the immune system. As I discuss here, it’s pretty clear that A,C,D,E,B6,B2 and B12 as well as zinc, selenium, copper, and iron are VERY important for optimal immune function.
