Did you know that I was a vegan for around 7 months? Why didn’t I stick with it forever?
Well for starters, I had the WORST gas. I couldn’t be in the same room with others! It was becoming distracting in a professional environment and affecting my work-life.
When I added meat back into my diet, I started to feel MUCH better. My gas started to reside, muscle mass increased, and my running performance increased. This was the first sign for me that meat is vital in our diets.
