Consuming a quality portion of red meat before each game ultimately changed how MJ played. It changed his focus. It changed how he felt. MJ saw the benefits it had in his play and he was hooked.
Carb loading on processed grains certainly wouldn’t of helped his performance, and it certainly won’t help yours either.
